About Yiwen
Yiwen completed her PhD in Physics at Northeastern University at Boston, where she investigated the emergent collective dynamics and topological defects in dense biological tissues using theoretical approaches. At MBI, she will combine modelling with experiments to study phase transition and topological defects during follicle development and luminogenesis.
